Shared List App allows you to create, organise and share lists and related content.

Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for any activity that occurs under it.
You agree to provide accurate information and to let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.
Acceptable use

- Violate the rights of others.
- Share harmful, abusive, misleading or inappropriate content.
- Attempt to access another user’s account or data without permission.
- Disrupt, damage or misuse the Service or its infrastructure.

- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you add to the Service.
You give us permission to host, process, store and display your content only as needed to operate and improve the Service, including when you choose to share a list with someone else.
You are responsible for the content you add and for making sure you have the right to share it.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its branding, software, design and documentation, is owned by Shared List App and its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute or reuse any part of the Service except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We aim to provide a reliable and useful service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shared List App will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunity arising from your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under laws that cannot be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we need to do so to comply with the law or protect the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your region apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
