Delete your account
You can delete your Shared List App account (made by Planhive Ltd) at any time.
In the app
- Open Shared List App and go to your profile or settings.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Can't get into the app?
Email hello@sharedlistapp.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll do it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your name, email address and login details
- Lists you created, with their tasks, comments, photos and files
- Your notification settings and device tokens
What may be kept
- Lists you were invited to stay with the people who own them, but your name is removed from them.
- Anything we're legally required to keep, such as records of a deletion request, for up to 90 days.
